Jul 16, 2014I have a Zassenhaus knee mill won on eBay for $27. Not such a bargain, really, as its interior has serious rust problems. A Dremel tool and a variety of wire wheels have gotten rid of the worst of it. The interior will never be pristine again.

I have a new Zassenhaus Santiago (aka Beech Knee Mill Model 156 BU) and it is a nice grinder and I have used it for a few shots of espresso, but the burr assembly (not stable enough) and the adjustment system (too coarse) is not good enough for espresso use IMHO.
